Most of the commands have been tested fairly thoroughly. No major revisions are anticipated in the near future, except, of course, bug fixes. The author welcomes any comments, constructive or otherwise, suggestions for improvements, any ideas for possible future revisions and, of course, bugs. It is also requested that he be informed of any significant changes or modifications made to these macros.
All the help and encouragement from colleagues in the Dept. of Computer Science at SUNY at Stony Brook is gratefully acknowledged; in particular, Soumitra Sengupta's and Divyakant Agrawal's criticisms (often constructive), help with proofreading the numerous versions of this report and general moral support were critical to the completion of this project and are thankfully acknowledged.
